The University is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the role of a driver. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating the institution’s vehicles on approved requisition, facilitating the transportation of passengers, goods, and mail delivery. Reporting to the Manager of Transport, the candidate must meet specific requirements, demonstrate key competencies, and handle various performance areas outlined below:
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent certificate
- Valid code C1 driving license
- Public Driving Permit (PDP)
- Minimum of two (2) years’ driving experience
- Ability to work outside normal working hours
- Computer literacy (MS Office package)
