Main Purpose of the Job:
The primary responsibility is to oversee the deployment of armed response vehicles and assist in responding to alarm activations, while also ensuring the smooth operational functioning of a shift.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Driver’s License (minimum 2 years)
- Valid Firearm Competency (Business purposes)
- PSIRA Registered Grade B with Armed Response
- Clear Criminal Record
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet)

- Conduct inspection parades daily.
- Assess training needs of the shift monthly.
- Maintain high discipline standards.
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Plan shift leave and maintain leave chart.
- Assist in candidate interviews.
- Manage time sheets and overtime.
- Administer performance bonuses.
- Conduct merit assessments periodically.
- Recommend various types of leave.
- Ensure personnel well-being.
- Manage all Hubs efficiently.
- Ensure full staffing and operation of Hubs.
- Report vehicle availability daily.
- Plan vehicle services and maintenance.
- Report vehicle defects weekly.
- Complete and submit MVA forms promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles.
- Maintain control and records of firearms daily.
- Keep firearm register updated.
