Location: Office of Divisional Commissioner: Visible Policing and Operations, Pretoria
Salary: R131,265 per annum (Level 02)

Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must:
- Demonstrate competency in the post-specific functions.
- Possess Grade 10 qualifications (advantageous).
- Have a valid light vehicle driver’s license (advantageous).
- Exhibit basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Be able to read and write.
- Be willing to work extended hours if required.
- Be proficient in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
- Be a South African Citizen with no previous criminal convictions or pending cases.
- Undergo a vetting process, including security screening and fingerprint verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide messenger services to the Office of the Divisional Commissioner.
- Deliver driving services for the Divisional Commissioner.
- Perform general administrative duties as allocated.
- Maintain records of collected documents for the office.
- Complete and submit the vehicle log book and monthly returns.
- Deliver/Collect mail, documents, and parcels, ensuring acknowledgment of receipts.

- Short-listed candidates may undergo vetting under the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 and the Children’s Act, 2005.
- Candidates must disclose if they are respondents in protection orders under the Domestic Violence Act, 1998 or the Protection from Harassment Act, 2011, which may result in disqualification.
- Buccal samples for forensic DNA profiles will be required under the Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Amendment Act, 2013.
