Job Description:
As an FNB Community Advisor, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to customers by promptly addressing their needs and processing their requests. You will play a crucial role in driving net profit growth for the business while ensuring that customer experience meets or exceeds the Balanced Scorecard standards. Key tasks include managing the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service, expanding the active customer account base, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
Your role will also involve tracking and influencing sales activities to meet pre-determined targets, providing efficient administrative support, and ensuring compliance with legislative and audit requirements. Daily checks of transactions to close new business applications within the appropriate timelines are essential. You will be responsible for providing accurate sales and service statistics and for your own continuous professional development.
