If any information needs updating, especially your contact information, click on the provided link to do so. Accurate contact details are crucial in the event of a successful appeal, as the Independent Tribunal will need this to direct the Covid-19 SRD payment to you.
  2. Click “Save” (if applicable):
After updating your information, if necessary, click “Save” on the link provided. You will then be automatically redirected back to the SRD DSD Appeal website to proceed with lodging your appeal.
  3. Confirm Declaration and Consent:
Appellants or their authorized representatives must confirm that they have read and accepted the clauses in the Declaration and Consent Documents.
  4. Click “Submit”:
Once you have confirmed the Declaration and Consent, click “Submit” to initiate the appeal process. Please ensure you receive a confirmation message on the page indicating that your appeal application was successfully submitted.
  5. Lodging Appeal for Each Rejected Month:
Remember that you need to lodge a separate appeal application for each month in which SASSA rejected your Covid-19 SRD application, provided you disagree with their decision.

The appeal process is time-sensitive, so we encourage you to complete the steps within the given timeframe to ensure your appeal is considered by the Independent Tribunal.

If you encounter any issues during the process or have further questions, please contact the relevant support channels provided on the SRD DSD Appeal Electronic Platform.
