**Main Purpose:**
Recruit community members for a study, maintain participant retention through home visits/telephone tracking, raise awareness about the study, and collect data for a research project

**Key Performance Areas:**
– Promote studies and recruit participants through presentations, radio talks, and brochures.
– Obtain verbal consent and conduct screening interviews.
– Schedule appointments with eligible participants for further screening at the study clinic.
– Contact and remind participants of scheduled visits, addressing concerns.
– Assist in building surveys, sensor installations, and data collection.
– Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate self-management, and maintain quality standards.
– Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and commitment to career development.

**Requirements:**
– Grade 12, valid driver’s license.
– Fluent in English and other African languages (Sesotho and Zulu preferable).
– Minimum 2 years of work experience.
– Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) desirable.
– Empathetic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Tactful, respectful, able to work independently and in a team.
