Job Introduction: Tactical Support Officer (TSO) at G4S Cash Solutions (SA)
G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is seeking a dynamic Tactical Support Officer based in Rustenburg. Reporting to the Branch Security Officer, this role focuses on securing company premises, assets, and ensuring adherence to security procedures.

Role Responsibility:
- Maintain Security at the Premises:
- Uphold existing security procedures and access control.
- Conduct regular security checks, test alarms, and oversee loading procedures.
- Assume key holder responsibilities and manage defected/damaged consignments.
- Manage Vehicles, Equipment, and SOPs:
- Ensure proper use of equipment and control firearms, ammunition, and seals.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs and conduct checks on armored vehicles.
- Provide armed escort services and conduct investigations as directed.
- Management of Staff:

- Uphold the company’s image and staff morale.
- Ensure adherence to security measures and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor staff uniform compliance and fitness for duty.
- Health and Safety:
- Participate in safety plans and forums.
- Report safety incidents, follow up on activities, and adhere to safety policies.
- Wear protective clothing at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12, Grade C PSIRA & CIT, Firearm competency, Valid Driver’s License, and PDP.
- Knowledge: G4S standard operating procedures, South African security legislation, G4S policies, and Health and Safety legislation.
- Skills: Computer literacy, communication, customer service, risk management, and investigation skills.
- Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering great customer service.
