Job Description: Security Officers Grade C/B/A

Position Title: Security Officer Grade C/B/A
Location: Various

Overall Purpose:
The primary responsibility of Security Officers Grade C/B/A is to ensure strict adherence to site-specific security requirements and provide efficient and professional service to meet the client’s needs at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. PSIRA Grade C/B/A – Registered and accredited with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority.
  2. Firearm Competency (Handgun/Shotgun and Rifle) – Preferred, but not mandatory.
  3. Matric or equivalent – High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  4. No Criminal Record – Candidates must have a clean criminal record with no pending cases.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal communication abilities.
  6. Previous Leadership Experience – Leadership experience is beneficial for this role.
  7. Basic Investigation Experience – Familiarity with investigation procedures and incident handling.
  8. Shift Work Availability – Candidates should be able to work extended periods, especially during night shifts.
  9. Residency – Candidates should reside within the Bethlehem/Reitz Area.
