Position Title: Security Officer Grade C/B/A

Overall Purpose:
The primary responsibility of Security Officers Grade C/B/A is to ensure strict adherence to site-specific security requirements and provide efficient and professional service to meet the client’s needs at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- PSIRA Grade C/B/A – Registered and accredited with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority.
- Firearm Competency (Handgun/Shotgun and Rifle) – Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Matric or equivalent – High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- No Criminal Record – Candidates must have a clean criminal record with no pending cases.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous Leadership Experience – Leadership experience is beneficial for this role.
- Basic Investigation Experience – Familiarity with investigation procedures and incident handling.
- Shift Work Availability – Candidates should be able to work extended periods, especially during night shifts.
- Residency – Candidates should reside within the Bethlehem/Reitz Area.
