*Position Summary:** The primary objective of this role is to provide dedicated support to Broll Technical Services, ensuring the successful execution of day-to-day tasks at the highest performance standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Document all job or work instructions meticulously on the Broll platform or via Job cards.

2. Promptly complete all administrative tasks following the completion of each job or task.

3. Collaborate with support staff to validate job information for accurate office support and invoicing.

4. Uphold cleanliness standards at job sites after task completion.

5. Confirm client satisfaction upon the successful conclusion of tasks.

6. Efficiently manage and maintain records of vehicle stock usage.

7. Regularly inspect company vehicles for safety and compliance, maintaining comprehensive inspection records.

8. Identify and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor and actively participate in resolution processes.

9. Be available for overtime or weekend work when necessary.

10. Keep clients informed of commitment times and promptly communicate any delays.

11. Immediately report any unsafe working conditions.

12. Swiftly report incidents or accidents as per established procedures.

13. Report on-duty injuries and adhere to specified protocols.

14. Identify and communicate any unsafe conditions to clients.

15. Ensure all services align with client requests and approved quotes; promptly report any additional work and associated costs.

16. Maintain a professional demeanor and actively engage in assigned tasks.

17. Utilize correct and safe tools for all tasks.

18. Conduct regular tool inspections and submit comprehensive check reports.

19. Adhere to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and promptly report any issues.

20. Refrain from using company vehicles for personal purposes.

21. Uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity; strictly avoid theft or dishonest conduct.

22. Complete work instructions/Job cards upon task completion and affix an ARM sticker with contact details.

23. Ensure clients sign off on completed work; report any client dissatisfaction promptly.

**Professional Conduct:**

– Maintain a consistently professional demeanor.

– Do not engage with clients without prior approval from the Broll Project Manager.

– Always adhere to established reporting lines.

**Education and Certifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).

– Possession of an electrical trade test and wireman’s license.

– Valid driver’s license.

– Must have a clean criminal record.

**Required Competencies:**

– Proficiency in computer skills, including IT management systems, reporting, and participation in meetings.

**Experience Preferred:**

– Extensive experience in electrical work and hands-on expertise.

**Skills and Abilities:**

– Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

– Strong problem-solving abilities.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
